This Agent Program Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Mr.Perps (“Platform”, “we”, or “us”) and the participant of the Mr.Perps Agent Program (“Agent”, or “you”).
This Agreement governs your participation in the Mr.Perps Agent Program and your promotion of the Platform’s services.
By applying for or participating in the Agent Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not participate in the Agent Program.
Mr.Perps reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform and become effective upon publication.
1. Definitions
1.1 Agent
An individual or entity approved by the Platform to promote Mr.Perps services and earn commissions through the Agent Program.
1.2 Referred User
A user who registers on Mr.Perps through the Agent’s referral link or referral code.
1.3 Commission
Rewards earned by the Agent based on trading fees generated by Referred Users.
1.4 Referral Link / Referral Code
A unique identifier assigned by the Platform to track the relationship between an Agent and Referred Users.
2. Agent Program
The Platform provides Agents with promotional tools, including but not limited to:
- Referral links
- Referral codes
- Marketing materials
- Commission tracking tools
Agents may promote the Platform through various channels, including:
- Social media
- Online communities
- Content marketing
- Strategic partnerships
Agents may earn commissions based on trading activity generated by Referred Users.
Commission rates, settlement cycles, and related rules shall be determined by the Platform and published on the Platform.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the Agent Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
The Platform reserves the right to approve or reject any Agent application at its sole discretion.
4. Commission Rules
Agents earn commissions from trading fees generated by their Referred Users.
The Platform reserves the right to:
- Adjust commission rates
- Modify commission structures
- Change settlement cycles
If abnormal trading behavior, abuse of the referral system, or fraudulent activity is detected, the Platform may:
- Cancel commissions
- Reclaim previously distributed commissions
- Suspend or terminate the Agent account
5. Promotion Conduct
Agents must not:
- Publish false or misleading statements about the Platform
- Guarantee profits or risk-free investment
- Impersonate the Platform or claim official representation
- Engage in spam or harassment marketing
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
Agents must clearly communicate that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risks.
6. Compliance
Agents must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Anti-money laundering regulations
- Financial promotion regulations
- Data protection and privacy laws
The Platform reserves the right to review and monitor Agent promotional activities.
7. Independent Relationship
Agents act as independent partners of the Platform.
Nothing in this Agreement creates:
- Employment relationship
- Partnership
- Joint venture
Agents may not represent the Platform in legal or contractual matters.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, and promotional materials provided by the Platform remain the property of the Platform.
Agents may use such materials solely for promoting the Platform in accordance with this Agreement.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
9. Termination
The Platform may terminate an Agent’s participation in the Agent Program if:
- The Agent violates this Agreement
- The Agent engages in illegal promotion activities
- The Agent damages the reputation of the Platform
Upon termination:
- Referral links may be disabled
- Commission settlements will follow the Platform’s policies
10. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.
The updated Agreement will become effective once published on the Platform.
Continued participation in the Agent Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform is registered.
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in the Platform’s jurisdiction.
