General Principles
To prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes while maintaining transaction efficiency and user accessibility, Mr.Perps adopts a risk-based AML and compliance framework in accordance with applicable laws and internationally accepted standards.
This Policy applies to all users of Mr.Perps services.
No-KYC Access and Risk-Based Classification
2.1 No-KYC Access
Mr.Perps may allow users to register accounts and access certain services without completing full identity verification (KYC) under specific conditions.

Mr.Perps dynamically classifies user accounts based on factors including but not limited to:
- Transaction size and frequency
- Fund flow patterns and behavioral indicators
- Participation in bonuses, rebates, or incentive programs
- Detection of abnormal or suspicious activities
- Jurisdictional, IP, device, and address-related risks
Different risk tiers are subject to different permissions, limits, and review requirements.

- Trading behavior inconsistent with normal user profiles
- Suspected wash trading, mirrored trading, arbitrage abuse, or fund cycling
- Requests from regulatory or judicial authorities
Until verification is completed, Mr.Perps may restrict or suspend account functionality.

Mr.Perps continuously monitors trading activities, including but not limited to:
- Structuring or unusually frequent transactions
- Coordinated activity across multiple accounts
- Abuse of bonuses, rebates, or system incentives
- Attempts to evade risk controls or conceal transaction intent
Such activities may be classified as high-risk or suspicious at Mr.Perps’ discretion.

- Restrict trading, deposit, or withdrawal functions
- Freeze part or all account assets
- Revoke bonuses, rebates, or incentive benefits
