1. Your deposit is waiting for network confirmations
Once the transaction reaches the minimum number of network confirmations required by the Mr.Perps system, your deposit will be credited successfully. Please note that different cryptocurrencies require different numbers of confirmations.
For example, the minimum amount of network confirmation for a BTC transaction is 1 network confirmation. But for safety purposes, the Mr.Perps system requires at least 2 confirmations before your BTC deposit can be unlocked on Mr.Perps .
Please note: If your deposit has not yet been confirmed on the blockchain, some account functions may be affected. Please wait patiently for the confirmation to complete, after which you will be able to use your funds normally.
2. You deposited an unlisted token or via an unsupported network
Before making a deposit, please confirm that Mr.Perps supports the corresponding crypto currency and deposit network. If you deposit a token that is not listed or use an unsupported network, your assets may be lost and may not be recoverable.
3. Depositing to the wrong address or entering incorrect information
Please carefully verify your deposit address on the deposit page. Depositing to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss of funds.
4. The deposit amount is below the minimum requirement
Please check the minimum deposit amount on the deposit page. If your deposit amount is below the required minimum, the cryptocurrency will not be credited to your account.
5. Wallet maintenance
When the wallet is under maintenance, deposit services will be temporarily suspended.
